Our 6-step process to repair rotary valves, airlocks, and feeders is:
- Disassembly: Initial inspection, teardown, and diagnosis
- Cleaning: Remove product and rust
- Inspection: Identify cracks, wear, and other damage
- Approval: Send quote for repair and receive customer approval
- Reassembly: Rebuild unit to factory tolerances, including machining work, new gaskets and bearings, and paint
- Quality Assurance: Check clearances and test, if applicable
